The Highlands Condominiums are a near perfect choice for a reunion, retreat or wedding. Easy access with plenty of parking makes the destination easy to travel to. Our view is  breathtaking and all ages will never forget it. With individual condo choices for each family we can perfectly suit the needs of different  families while keeping you all together. Fully stocked comfortable condominiums make living easy where food prep and games can be planned  for family togetherness. We host many retreats and reunions and we would welcome yours!

What makes the view at the Highlands so different than the others we see online?

The Highlands condominiums were built with the view in mind and it is truly incredible and accessible from every private balcony of each condominium. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park borders us on three sides and nestled down below is the beautiful city of Gatlinburg. We are also a smoke free property.

We would like to choose accommodations with easy access to Gatlinburg. Is the Highlands conveniently located?

We are located at the hub of the Ski Mountain Road, Wiley Oakley and  Campbell Lead area, all of which are easy access to Ober Gatlinburg, Downtown or the National Park via the Bypass that diverts you from the traffic that can often build entering Gatlinburg. Even access to Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, Dixie Stampede, and more is just minutes from your condo
